What kind of impression do you get when you hear the word “workout”?

Some of you would think workout is tough and only those who have time do it, or some of you are interested in it but don’t know how to do.
With busy lifestyles that everyone spends, workout seems to be only for people who have some priviledges.

It actually isn’t. As a matter of fact, you can do exercises anywhere, even at home. All you need is water to drink, and you even don’t have to dress up fancy to go to gyms 🙂

Nowadays, especially in business, trained body is a symbol of being not just healthy but also good at business. A person who regularly do trainings maintains his/her body no matter how busy he/she is because that shows the person finds time to maintain his/her body without making excuses such as “I can’t work out because I’m busy”, “I need to go out with my boss frequently so it’s hard for me to do exercise on a regular basis”, etc..

 

According to a research by Harvard Medical School, physical exercises reduce causes of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes, and furthermore it changes the brain in ways that protect memory and thinking skills. It reduces chemicals in the brain that affect the health of brain cells, the growth of new blood vessels in the brain, and even the abundance and survival of new brain cells.
Indirectly, exercise improves mood and sleep, and reduces stress and anxiety.
In this sense, body management by exercise is equal to health and motivation management.

Maybe some of you are thinking everyone knows that, but when it comes to themselves, not many of them actually understand and put it into action.

Here I’d like to offer my workout program to help you reach your goals.
Through my experiences such as taking personal trainings, teaching Japanese/English to my students, modeling, coaching/counseling, etc., I realized that a person who hasn’t reached his/her goals needs someone who encourages him/her to make them come true especially when it comes to work out and study.

The reason is simple. When a person tries to change or tries to do a completely different thing, it’s tough. However once he/she gets used to it, it becomes his/her habit.

In my program, I’ll teach you how to make exercising your habit, not something alien 🙂
